Refund Policy + Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to all products, digital downloads, live events, webinars, mentoring programs, and services offered by Joseph's Storehouse Society™, a brand under The Estates Home Sales and Rentals, LLC. Specific terms applicable to individual offers will be communicated at the point of purchase.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, downloads, and equipping content, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to digital content that cannot be returned.

License of Use —
Your purchase provides personal access only. Sharing, duplicating, or reselling our materials is strictly prohibited.

Results Disclaimer — All products, programs, and services are designed to provide strategies, tools, instruction, and direction. Your results will depend on your own effort, implementation, and application of the principles taught. No specific income or outcome is guaranteed.

Payment Authorization — By submitting your payment information, you authorize Joseph's Storehouse Society™ and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the specified amount immediately.

No Chargebacks —  Because all sales are final, you agree not to dispute charges or initiate chargebacks after purchase. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed and documented.

Age Requirement — You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from Joseph's Storehouse Society™.

Jurisdiction — These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Severability — If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Kingdom Strategy Sessions are private, framework-based business strategy conversations facilitated by Diana Joseph, Founder of Joseph's Storehouse Society™. Sessions are rooted in Sovereign Order principles and are designed to provide Kingdom-based direction for business decisions.

Kingdom Strategy Sessions do not constitute legal advice, licensed financial counsel, or licensed real estate advice. Diana Joseph participates in these sessions as a Kingdom strategist and business framework facilitator — not as your licensed real estate broker, attorney, or financial advisor. Sessions are private and confidential. A confidentiality agreement will be provided to all session participants prior to their scheduled session date.

Payment for Kingdom Strategy Sessions is non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
